The revolutionary Wristeasy wrist brace is the idea of top British designer Sebastian Conran. Lightweight, machine-washable & discreet, with a neat zip fastening, the Wristeasy wrist brace has transformed my life.

I hope it does the same for you.

Here are some frequently asked questions I would like to answer to help us to make sure you get the most benefit from your Wristeasy.

"How do I ensure I choose the correct size?"

The best way to decide which size of Wristeasy is right for you is to measure your wrist (at its smallest point) and palm (around the knuckles) as indicated on the order page. We currently have eight different sizes (and four colours) so you are guaranteed a comfortable fit.
NB. Our sizing does differ slightly from other products so please do give us your measurements.

"My current wrist brace is uncomfortable after an hour or so, how does yours differ?"

Hand made in the UK from a cotton Lycra stretch material the Wristeasy is lightweight and breathable. The splint is neatly concealed within the fabric and has been extensively tested to provide the optimum level of support to make every day tasks more manageable. In tests conducted at the Hammersmith Hospital in London, it was established that people wore the Wristeasy up to 5 times longer than the brace issued by the (British) National Health Service, thus significantly improving levels of pain relief.

"Can the splint be re-shaped if I find I prefer a different level of support?"

Yes. The splint is made of heat-mouldable plastic and can be re-shaped. This is easiest and best done by using a heat gun however it can also be shaped by dropping the splint in boiling water for 5 minutes and then slowly moulding it to the desired shape. If in doubt, consult your Occupational Therapist who will have access to a heat gun. How ever the majority of customers do not need to reshape the splint

"What do I do if I don't like the fit of a Wristeasy?"

The Wristeasy comes in eight different sizes so we can guarantee a comfortable fit. If your Wristeasy is not comfortable you can return it to us and we will be delighted to swap it for a different size by return post. In the unlikely event of you being unsatisfied with your Wristeasy we do of course offer a full money back guarantee, subject to the product being returned in good condition.

"How can I order a Wristeasy and how long will I have to wait for delivery?"

We accept orders by Telephone, Fax, Post or e-mail. We will not process payment until the goods have been dispatched. Delivery to your door is typically 5 working days from receipt of order. Please allow longer for overseas orders.

"When I need to wash the Wristeasy what is the best way to do this?"

The Wristeasy is machine washable on a low setting; you will find the washing instructions inside the wrist brace. The material dries in minutes so no more grubby wrist braces!
Please remember to remove the splint when washing.

"I am registered disabled and resident in the UK. Can I claim VAT exemption?"?"

Yes you can as long as you are resident in the UK (I'm afraid this does not apply to none UK residents). All you have to do to claim the VAT exemption is to complete and print off the VAT exemption form and send it to us with your order. This will save you £2.90 printed on each Wristeasy you order. We cannot sell at this reduced price without the signed declaration, and so we can only accept zero-rated orders by post. Also, I'm afraid, the law does not allow us to refund VAT on purchases already made.

'' What is the price in another currency, say US Dollars?''

If you go to www.oanda.com you can translate the cost of a Wristeasy into whatever is your national currency. We transact all overseas credit card orders on the working day we receive them. Your credit card company will then translate this amount, at whatever the exchange rate is on that date, on your card statement.

'' Will my insurance company pay for my wrist brace?''

Most insurance companies will pay for your wrist brace as it is a medical device, however, you must check with your individual insurance company as to their policy.

I hope you'll be delighted with your Wristeasy.
