Making a purchase could not be easier. Promedics prides itself on customer service. If you have any questions, suggestions or comments please contact us on wristeasy@promedics.co.uk. We accept credit or debit cards. If you are shopping from North America or elsewhere, once you have placed your order your credit card company will convert the amount to your own currency from UK Pounds. The currency conversion will be at the current rate when you place your order (see www.oanda.com for today's rates). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship to you. Backordered items are not charged until they are dispatched to you. We accept the following credit and debit cards

Shipping And Handling
We have three delivery rates. For UK delivery we charge £2.95. If you are ordering from within the European Union, the cost is £3.95 and for the rest of the world (including the USA), the cost is £5.00.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order within five business days (UK mainland). International orders will generally take several days longer.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using in-built 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with any item, please return within 30 days providing the goods are in a resaleable condition and in their original packaging and a full refund for the goods will be given. The items are your responsibility until they reach us and a recorded postal service is recommended
